In 2020, I produced a documentary commissioned by a specialty coffee shop with the aim of telling the story behind the specialty coffee production chain in Brazil. The film immerses itself in the world of coffee, following its entire journey, from the people who cultivate it, through the roasting process and the work of the barista, all the way to the final consumer. 
This immersive experience significantly deepened my interest in documentary filmmaking, particularly in its ability to create meaningful connections with the subject being portrayed. It also sparked a lasting interest in specialty coffee and its production chain, built upon respect, traceability, fair compensation, and quality.
